This is the nineteenth annual CIPD survey to explore issues of health, well-being and absence in UK workplaces. In 2018 the survey was rebranded (from the Absence Management survey to the Health and Well-being at Work survey) to reflect an increased focus on health and well-being policies and practices, although, as in previous years, it continues to monitor absence management trends, policy and practice. We hope that you find the research useful when considering your own health and wellbeing policies and practice.
