Corinne Williams is the Director of HR & Engagement at Simplyhealth and leads the Modern Working Environment Project that has already seen the successful delivery of a pilot across one floor in our Anton House building. Corinne has been instrumental in the design, engagement and delivery of this change and in particular has driven the need for greater flexible working and ensuring that the workspaces offer bright and collaborative design elements. She has supported Simplyhealth’s HR needs for almost a decade. She
Corinne describes herself as a pragmatic HR generalist with a proven track record in delivering against agreed business and personal goals. She has worked for some large global organisations including Vodafone, Nationwide and WH Smith.
Her roles have been diverse but her passion is cultural change, employee engagement and leading with clear purpose. Her drive for employee engagement is founded in strong values that support honest, straightforward communications and key stakeholder management.
